Who we are
keyplace.ai is run by MCE CONCEPT sp. z o.o., ul. Ignacego Jana Paderewskiego 10/36, 20-860 Lublin, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001109754, NIP 7123476519, REGON 528840346. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

What this policy covers
This policy covers the keyplace.ai website, the Start free form and email with us. The keyplace Shopify app will have its own privacy policy. How the app treats shoppers’ questions in a store is explained in Shopper privacy.
The Start free form
When you fill in the form on the Start free page, we get your store address, your name, your email address and your industry. We use them to reply to you and to set up keyplace for your store if you decide to go ahead.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The form is handled by Framer, the platform this website runs on. Framer delivers your answers to our email inbox.
When you email us, we get your email address, your name if you give it, and what you write. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of our conversation. Our email runs on Google Workspace.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to messages (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, if we are talking about a contract, steps taken before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how people use this site, for example which pages they open and how far they scroll. It sets cookies only if you click Accept in the cookie banner.
With your consent, Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_2CP52XJWNS, which last up to 2 years and let it recognise your browser on later visits. It also collects the pages you view, scrolling, clicks on links to other sites, your approximate location and your device and browser type.
Without your consent, Google Analytics sets no cookies. It still receives basic signals without cookies, such as that a page was viewed, so that our totals are not empty.
We do not use Google Analytics for advertising. Advertising features are turned off.
We keep Google Analytics data for no longer than 14 months.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). For the basic signals without cookies, our legitimate interest in measuring traffic (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect what happened before.
Other data when you visit
Framer hosts this website, including its fonts. When you open a page, Framer receives your IP address and technical details such as your browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Framer also counts visits for us without cookies.
We save your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage, so we do not ask on every page. It stays until you clear your browser data.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives your data
We share data only with providers that help us run keyplace.ai:
Framer B.V. (Netherlands): website hosting, fonts, the Start free form and visit counts without cookies.
Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC: Google Analytics and Google Workspace email.
We do not sell your data.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Google may process data in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and Google’s data processing terms include the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
Start free form and emails: while we talk about working together, then up to 12 months after our last contact. If you become a customer, for as long as the contract lasts, and after that for as long as the law requires us to keep records or claims can be made.
Google Analytics: cookies up to 2 years, data in Google Analytics up to 14 months.
Your cookie choice: until you clear your browser data.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use and to receive it in a portable format. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to mati@keyplace.ai. We answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl, or to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
Do you have to give us your data?
No. Filling in the form and emailing us is voluntary. Without your email address we cannot reply. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
