Plans and prices

A new salesperson needs onboarding, training and someone to keep an eye on them. With keyplace, our team does that.

Prices are in USD. On yearly billing for Start, Growth and Scale, you pay for 10 months and get 12.

Common questions

How do I pay?

Through Shopify. Charges appear on your Shopify bill. If your Shopify bill is in another currency, such as PLN, Shopify converts the amount.

When does the trial start?

The 30-day trial starts when you pick a plan.

What happens after the trial?

You pay the price of the plan you picked. The charge appears on your Shopify bill.

How do I change my plan?

You change between Start, Growth and Scale in the app, without emailing us. After the trial, you can also move to a lower plan this way.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Our team sets keyplace up on every plan, with no setup fee. There's nothing for you to train. You install the app and send us your collaborator code. Then you save the ready-made block in your theme editor. We do the rest. More in What we do for you.

Do I pay more when shoppers ask a lot?

No. There are no usage fees, and conversations are unlimited.

Unlimited means normal traffic from real shoppers on your product pages. On Growth, Scale and Plus, it also covers your landing page. It doesn't cover:

• automated traffic

• sending questions to the widget in bulk

• using the widget outside your store

• reselling answers

If traffic looks unusual, we write to you first and add no charges.

What if I uninstall keyplace?

Uninstall during the 30-day trial and you won't be charged. Once you uninstall, the widget stops right away. We delete your store data within 30 days of uninstalling. More in Pause or uninstall keyplace.
